Who this is for

The complete HRT education for NPs who want to own this specialty

Hormone replacement therapy is one of the most in-demand, highest-revenue specialty areas an NP can build a practice around. This package gives you comprehensive coverage of both men's and women's hormonal health — from foundational clinical knowledge through advanced HRT and procedural pellet therapy.

NPs launching a dedicated HRT practice

Every business component is included — LLC formation, pricing, marketing, telemedicine setup, compounding pharmacy sourcing, and revenue projections for each service line. Both cash-based and insurance models are covered.

NPs adding HRT to an existing practice

Whether you're in primary care, functional medicine, or a MedSpa, HRT services integrate naturally into any practice treating adult patients. Each course covers practice integration without requiring a full startup.

NPs specializing in one gender expanding to both

Currently doing men's health TRT? The women's track deepens your offering. Already treating women's hormones? The men's track opens a parallel revenue stream. The package gives you both.

NPs adding procedural income with BHRT pellets

Pellet insertion generates $300–$700+ per procedure every 3–6 months — high revenue, loyal patients, and one of the most requested hormone delivery methods. The pellet course includes instructional videos on real patients.

What's included

Comprehensive HRT education — clinical, procedural, and business

Seven courses covering the full spectrum of hormone replacement for both sexes — from foundational physiology through advanced protocols, procedural pellet insertion, and thyroid optimization.

Complete TRT mastery for men

Every TRT route (injections, gels, patches, pellets, oral), advanced lab interpretation, fertility management, erectile dysfunction, novel adjuncts, HGH, and peptides across two sequential courses.

🌸 Women's hormonal health, start to finish

Three-course women's track: foundational care through perimenopause, menopause management, HRT prescribing, GSM, female sexual dysfunction, and integrative BHRT with DHEA and pregnenolone.

🔬 BHRT pellet insertion with video

The only course that includes instructional video of real pellet insertion procedures — covering full clinical protocols, dosing for men and women, supplies, insertion setup, and post-procedural care.

🦋 Thyroid optimization built in

Subclinical hypothyroidism is endemic in HRT patients. This package uniquely includes thyroid optimization — covering clinical, subclinical, and sub-laboratory hypothyroidism with compounding pharmacy guidance.

💼 Seven business blueprints

Each course includes its own business launch framework — pricing, marketing, compounding pharmacies, suppliers, telemedicine, malpractice, and revenue projections tailored to that service line.

📋 Complete documentation library

Consent forms, intake protocols, lab order forms, privacy policies, documentation templates, pellet insertion policy and procedure, post-care instructions, and clinical cheat sheets across all seven courses.

Justin Groce, MSN, NP-C, CSCS & Justin Allan, MSN FNP

Thyroid dysfunction is endemic in HRT patients — subclinical hypothyroidism mimics hormone deficiency symptoms (fatigue, low libido, weight gain, brain fog, cold intolerance), frequently confounds HRT outcomes, and is often missed by conventional TSH-only screening. This course teaches you to evaluate and treat the thyroid cases that standard medicine misses, using a functional medicine approach that identifies clinical, subclinical, and sub-laboratory hypothyroidism. Essential for any HRT practice.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Do I need to offer both men's and women's HRT to benefit from this package?

No — many NPs use this package to specialize in one gender initially and add the other as their practice grows. The three tracks are independent and each course has lifetime access. Start with the track most relevant to your current patient population and expand from there.

Do I need prior HRT experience to start this package?

Not necessarily. The Women's Health Essentials and Men's Health Essentials courses are both designed to start from zero clinical experience with HRT. The Advanced courses in each track build on that foundation. If you already have experience, you can begin with the advanced or specialized courses.

Does the pellet course include hands-on training?

The course includes instructional video of Dr. Quaile performing pellet insertion on real patients — one of the most valuable learning tools available for this procedure. The insertion itself is technically simple (comparable to starting an IV), and the course provides everything you need to feel confident. Additional hands-on supervised practice in a live patient setting is also recommended before your first independent insertion.

Do I need a DEA number for these services?

Yes — testosterone (covered in both the TRT and BHRT pellet courses) is a Schedule III controlled substance requiring an active DEA license. Thyroid hormones, estrogen, and progesterone are not controlled substances and do not require a DEA license.

Why is thyroid optimization included in an HRT package?

Because thyroid dysfunction is endemic in HRT patients. Subclinical hypothyroidism produces symptoms — fatigue, weight gain, low libido, brain fog, cold intolerance — that directly overlap with hormone deficiency symptoms. Without thyroid optimization skills, an HRT provider will frequently misattribute thyroid-driven symptoms to hormone deficiency, leading to incorrect dosing and suboptimal patient outcomes. Thyroid optimization is an essential component of comprehensive HRT practice.

How long do I have access to all seven courses?

Lifetime access. All courses are pre-recorded and accessible indefinitely — revisit any module as your practice evolves, as guidelines update, or whenever you need to reference specific protocols or clinical decision-making frameworks.

Are the CE hours accepted by my certifying body?

Yes. The Elite Nurse Practitioner is ANCC accredited. All 51 CE hours (including 21 pharmacology hours) apply to ANCC, AANP, and all Boards of Nursing recertification requirements.
